2. Educational Qualification
Generalist Stream: Graduate or Postgraduate with at least 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
Hindi (Rajbhasha) Officer: Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as a compulsory/elective subject (or vice versa) with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST).
Note: Specialist streams (Accounts, Legal, IT) require relevant professional degrees such as CA, Law Degree, B.Tech with 60% marks.

Exam Pattern & Selection Process
The selection involves three stages:
- Phase I (Prelims): 100-mark objective test (English, Reasoning, Quant) — 60 minutes
- Phase II (Mains):
- Objective Test: 200 Marks
- Descriptive Test: 30 Marks (Essay & Letter Writing)
- Phase III (Interview): Final round
Salary Structure
Selected candidates will join as Administrative Officers (Scale-I) with a Basic Pay of ₹50,925.
Pay Scale: ₹50925-2500(14)-85925-2710(4)-96765
Gross Salary: Approximately ₹85,000/month in metro cities, including HRA, DA, and other allowances.
