1. Educational Qualification & Experience
- Customer Service Associate (Clerk): Graduation/Post Graduation with 50% marks, computer knowledge, Hindi & English proficiency.
- Probationary Officer (PO) – Scale-I: Graduation/Post Graduation with 50% marks. Experience preferred but not required.
- Specialist Officers (SO):
- IT Officer: B.E./B.Tech/PG in CS/IT or DOEACC 'B' Level.
- Credit Officer: MBA Finance / PGDM with 60% marks.
- Chartered Accountant: Qualified CA.
- Law Officer: LLB with 50% + Bar Council enrollment.
- Manager (Scale-II): Requires approx. 2 years relevant experience.
2. Age Limit
- CSA / Clerk: 21 – 32 Years
- Probationary Officer: 21 – 32 Years
- Specialist Officers (Scale-I): 21 – 32 Years
- Managers (Scale-II): 25 – 35 Years (higher for CA/Security)
