NBEMS FET 2025: Schedule, Registration, and Exam Dates Released

The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) has officially released the notification and timetable for the Fellowship Entrance Test (FET) 2025. Admission to various Fellow of National Board (FNB) and Fellow of National Board – Post Doctoral (FNB-PD) courses for the academic year 2025 will be conducted exclusively through this national-level entrance examination.

The FET 2025 serves both qualifying and ranking purposes and is open to Indian as well as foreign medical graduates aspiring to pursue advanced clinical training in specialized medical disciplines. The examination will be conducted in computer-based mode at multiple centers across the country.

Candidates must hold a postgraduate medical degree recognized by the relevant regulatory authority (MD/MS/DM/MCh/DNB/DrNB or equivalent). In addition, applicants must fulfill the specific feeder qualification requirements prescribed for their chosen fellowship specialty.

• Fee Submission: Pay the examination fee through online payment modes.
• Confirmation: Download and print the final submitted application form along with the transaction ID for future reference.

Key Eligibility & Guidelines

• Educational Qualification: Applicants must possess a valid postgraduate medical degree or a provisional pass certificate by the specified cutoff date.
• International Candidates: Foreign medical graduates are also eligible to apply for selected NBEMS fellowship courses, subject to the guidelines mentioned in the Information Bulletin.
