2. Educational Qualification
For Generalist:
- Graduate or Post Graduate in any stream

For Hindi Officer:
- Master’s Degree in Hindi with English as compulsory/elective (or vice versa)
- OR Master’s in any subject with Hindi/English medium and the other as a subject
- Minimum Marks: 60% (55% for SC/ST)

The selection consists of three stages:
