RRB NTPC 2025: Admit Card & Exam Schedule

Latest details for this resource.

The RRB NTPC E-Call Letter (Admit Card) is one of the most important documents for your exam. However, RRB does not release the actual admit card weeks in advance. Instead, they follow a two-step release process involving an Exam City Intimation Slip and the final Admit Card. Understanding the correct timeline will help you avoid unnecessary stress.

Important: Graduate Level NTPC exams begin in December 2025, so the admit card process will start very soon.

The Timeline: City Intimation vs. Admit Card

Exam City & Date Intimation Slip (10 Days Before Exam)

Note: This is NOT your admit card. It cannot be used for entry into the exam center.
  • Shows your Exam City and Date/Shift.
  • Helps candidates book travel in advance, especially for inter-state travel.
  • For SC/ST candidates, this slip usually includes the Free Travel Authority.

E-Call Letter / Admit Card (4 Days Before Exam)

Final Admit Card: This contains your exact Exam Center Name, Roll Number, Reporting Time, and important exam-day instructions.

Example: If your exam is on 20 December, the admit card will be available by 16 December.

Step-by-Step: How to Download the Admit Card

The process is the same for all 21 RRB regions (Mumbai, Patna, Kolkata, Bengaluru, etc.).

  • Visit the Official Regional Website: e.g., rrbcdg.gov.in for Chandigarh.
  • Find the link for "CEN 06/2025 (Graduate)" or "CEN 07/2025 (Undergraduate)".
  • Login using Registration Number and Date of Birth (DD-MM-YYYY).
  • Open the Dashboard → View City Intimation and E-Call Letter tabs.
  • Download and save the PDF.
Recommendation: Print 2 copies of the admit card. Color print is preferable, but clarity matters more.
